SHIPPING

Before finalising your purchase, please familiarise yourself with our online shipping and returns policies. Read them thoroughly and contact us if you need further assistance. All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

PRICING

For small sized items, shipping costs a flat rate of $9.15

For medium sized items, shipping costs a flat rate of $15.75

For larger sized items, shipping costs a flat rate of $24.00

Both flat rates are only available within Australia. Orders are sent via Parcel Post and signature is required on delivery.    

Allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia. 

For all orders, an article number will be provided with an email confirming that your goods have been sent. The article ID number will allow you to track your goods online.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery – Please contact us at info@turnerandturner.com.au if you require your items sooner than the shipping estimates we have quoted. At this time we cannot offer a flat shipping rate on orders for express post. Your order will be charged according to the total weight and dimensions. Express delivery is only available within Australia and orders are sent via Express Post. Our studio is located in Southern Western Australia, which is not within the guaranteed next day delivery postcode, so please allow for up to 3-4 business days to receive your goods. Check that your delivery postcode is within the Australia Post Express delivery network. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At this time we are currently unable to offer international shipping, however we are working on this and hope to be shipping our goods internationally.
